Conditions:: Members may use one inclusive or pay-as-you-go visit entitlement to visit this US Chase Sapphire Lounge once per calendar year, subject to availability. Guest visits and additional visits beyond the one entry entitlement are charged at US$75 per visit, payable to the lounge. Chase Sapphire Reserve Cardmembers and Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business primary cardmembers are eligible for ongoing complimentary access with up to 2 guests per visit. Access is permitted 3 hours prior to scheduled flight departure - Children under 2 years are admitted free - All children must be accompanied by an adult - Alcoholic drinks only available to passengers 21 years of age or older and from 08:00 Mon-Sat / 10:00 on Sundays - Prayer room available. Additional info: Shower facilities are complimentary and bookable in the lounge.
Opening hours:: 05:00-23:00 daily
Location:: Terminal 4 - Airside, after Security, turn left and continue on the same level approximately 3 minutes walk. Note: access restricted for non-Chase members 10:30-14:00 daily. During peak periods, Chase cardmembers are prioritised.
